While we hope that our clients have the good fortune to never experience a loss, Rampart places great emphasis on providing superior assistance if a claim occurs.

Utilizing claims professionals with more than 20 years of experience, our Claims Department will process, monitor and advocate on your behalf from the inception of filing a claim with the insurance company until its final resolution.

Our staff is fully supportive during the claim process, whether it be answering questions or arranging support services such as, but not limited to, water remediation, board up services, debris removal and restoration. The Claims Department also uses the professional services of a site engineer, as well as coverage counsel, to aid with virtually any type of claim.

Our team of Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialists works closely with business owners, workers’ compensation boards, insurance companies, managers and administrators to improve overall loss experience, reduce individual claim costs and ultimately to control premium costs. We partner with clients to develop controls that can mitigate loss frequency and severity, and we help to implement Early Return to Work/Light Duty programs.
