The incumbent will provide support to the Account Executives in processing all lines of commercial insurance; as well as, be responsible for managing the cancellation process for the department.Essential Functions:Build and maintain relationships with Commercial Large Lines clients. Those Account Executives are assigned to Large Lines generally service accounts greater than $150,000.00 in premium.Essential Functions:Account Servicing: Manage, underwrite, market and service accounts as assigned. Assist other Account Executives as needed. Responsible for maintaining and/or offering the most comprehensive insurance offerings available. Compile and maintain all client related information. Process all insurance transactions; ensuring compliance with departmental and companywide procedures and guidelines. Assure that coverage is maintained at all times; help clients avoid late payments or possible cancellations. Resolve coverage issues or problems. Work with producers to enhance client development and service. Accept, price and bind insurance within underwriting authority. Examine and evaluate documents such as application forms, inspections reports, product brochures, financial reports and other data to determine degree of risk, underwriting and market selection. Handle New Business submissions. Develop, analyze, market and recommend a competitive insurance program providing various alternatives for client consideration. Manage workflow of your account split. May be required to assist with other accounts as needed.Relationship Manager: The Account Executive is a point of contact for assistants, insured’s, producers and carriers.
