Coronavirus Update - Remote Work
Coronavirus (COVID-2019) is an important public health issue. As always, our primary concern is for the well-being and safety of our employees and their families, clients, and business associates. As a cautionary step, starting Monday, March 16th, 2020, Rampart is implementing temporary arrangements for all employees to work from home if they wish to do so. The office will physically remain open as long as it is within our control.
These arrangements will hopefully be short-term, and we will continue to monitor guidance from health officials and assess the continued need for remote work arrangements. During this time, employees will be able, as always, to answer calls, respond to email, and support all your insurance needs.
There may be longer wait times in call queues as the teams transition to work remotely. To limit wait times, we recommend clients to communicate via e-mail.
If you need to file a claim, please email the applicable information to newclaim@rampartinsurance.com and your email will be answered in a timely fashion.
