COVID-19 Preparedness


The Rampart Team hopes you and your families are well during this unprecedented time and wants to give you an update regarding our preparedness and service commitment. 

Rampart implemented a work from home policy for all staff.  We are glad to report that our operations are running smoothly, and we are able and committed to providing the same level of service you have come to expect. 

  • Work From Home Arrangement – all of our employees are fully functional on a remote basis with full access to email, our agency’s management system, policies and related documents, payment inquiries, carrier systems, renewal management, new business quoting and binding, claims reporting/handling and more.

  • Carriers – they remain accessible and most have also implemented remote work arrangements.

  • Phones – all our employees are available to receive calls and voicemail during normal business hours.

  • Claims – If you need to file a claim, please email the applicable information to newclaim@rampartinsurance.com and your email will be answered in a timely fashion.

We are monitoring developments closely and will continue to follow recommendations from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as from other local, regional, and global health authorities.  

We believe that if all are socially responsible, together, we will win the battle against Covid-19.
